Menu:

Appetizer: Deviled Egg: wasabi, black tobiko, anchovy aioli, pickled Yum Yum pepper

First Course: Shaved Brussels sprouts salad: black currants, pomegranate, pickled onion, salametto picante, pepitas, dijon vinaigrette

Entree: Beef Bourguignon: pomme puree, bacon, mushroom, Pearl onion

Vegie option: Vegetable Cassolette: white wine, cannellini beans, melted leeks, parsnips, cipollini onions

Dessert: Mandarin shortcake: molasses, cream fraiche, honey, candied almond
