What happens if you need to cancel, return something, or an order arrives wrong.
How Refunds Work Here
Whisky EDU offers event tickets, educational programs, tastings, and merchandise. Refund policies vary according to the type of purchase.
Event Tickets
Unless otherwise specified on the individual event page, event ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
If Whisky EDU cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered a refund or other remedy as described in communications concerning the cancellation.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, Whisky EDU will communicate available options to registered attendees.
Failure to attend an event does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
Private and Corporate Tastings
Cancellation and refund terms for private and corporate tastings will be specified in the proposal, invoice, contract, or booking confirmation associated with the event.
Deposits may be non-refundable once Whisky EDU has committed personnel, purchased tasting products, incurred travel expenses, or otherwise begun preparations for the event.
Merchandise
For eligible physical merchandise, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
Returned merchandise must ordinarily be unused and in its original condition. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Certain products may be designated final sale and will be identified accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, contact Whisky EDU promptly with your order information and, when appropriate, photographs of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending upon the payment provider or financial institution.
