Agreement to These Terms
By accessing WhiskyEDU.org, purchasing products or tickets, registering for an event, or using Whisky EDU services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Educational Purpose
Whisky EDU is an educational organization dedicated to increasing knowledge and appreciation of whisky and related distilled spirits while promoting responsible consumption.
Information provided through the website, classes, tastings, articles, and other programs is intended for educational purposes.
Age Requirements
Whisky EDU’s website may contain information concerning alcoholic beverages.
Participation in events involving the service or consumption of alcoholic beverages is restricted to persons who meet the applicable legal drinking-age requirements. Valid government-issued identification may be required.
Whisky EDU reserves the right to refuse alcohol service or participation when required by law or when necessary for the safety of participants.
Responsible Consumption
Whisky EDU promotes responsible alcohol consumption. Participants should never drink and drive and are encouraged to use designated drivers, taxis, rideshare services, public transportation, or other safe transportation whenever consuming alcohol.
Event Tickets and Registrations
Event tickets and registrations are subject to availability.
Event dates, venues, presenters, participating brands, products, whiskies, food selections, entertainment, and program details may change when circumstances require.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing a ticket does not guarantee the availability of any particular whisky, product, presenter, brand, food item, or activity.
Attendance is also governed by our Event & Tasting Policy.
Private and Corporate Tastings
Private, corporate, and virtual tastings may be subject to separate proposals or agreements specifying pricing, deposits, cancellation terms, travel expenses, products, services, and other requirements. When such an agreement exists, its specific terms control in the event of a conflict with these general Terms and Conditions.

Purchases made through WhiskyEDU.org are also governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and, for physical merchandise, our Shipping Policy.
Prices, shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you complete a purchase.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without authorization except where permitted by law.
