What This Covers
This Shipping Policy applies to physical merchandise purchased directly through WhiskyEDU.org.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
If you need an order sooner, contact us and we will expedite processing where we can, at no extra cost.
Customers will be notified if an unusual delay affects their order.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is a flat $22.00 per order.
Local pickup is free and can be selected at checkout if you are near San Jose, California.
Shipping charges are always calculated and shown during checkout before you complete your purchase. Rates may change; the figure shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.
Where We Ship
Whisky EDU currently ships eligible merchandise within the United States.
If you are ordering from outside the United States, contact us before purchasing so we can tell you whether we are able to fulfil your order.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside Whisky EDU’s control may affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it may be provided by email after an order has shipped. You can also follow an order from our Track Your Order page.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact Whisky EDU with the order number and relevant details so that we can investigate the shipment.
Returns and replacements are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
