Whisky Tasting events

 Engaging, entertaining and educational whisky tasting events are great for private parties, company parties, customer appreciation and even team building.

Whisky Edu provides whisky tasting throughout the San Francisco Bay Area which includes Silicon Valley and San Jose.

Whisky Edu provides in person whisky tasting and virtual whisky tasting for private, and corporate clients. The tastings are customized for the clients needs.  They can be designed for the novice and for the experienced whisky appreciator and they can be designed to provide something that will enrich all levels within the same event.  Great for Birthdays, holiday parties, team building, customer appreciation or just because. Scottish Distilleries A-Z:

Collector Series (13)

POUR LIST: (6 samples, 1.0 ounce each)

This tasting series which happens every two weeks will explore all 160 Scottish distilleries (post-WWII). We are tasting unique bottling with an average cost of $300 per bottle. Whisky is of course about good smells and good tastes. But whisky never tastes as good, if it is not shared with good friends. Thanks to all who are continuing this journey with us, weather it is every two weeks or as you are able. The fellowship is wonderful. We have a few spots every two weeks for more to join us. However, as more folks discover this series, we expect it will be selling out weeks in advance.

What’s included:

  • Dallas Dhu 21-year old (Silent Distillery that was turned in Whisky Museum, 1 of 372 bottles)
  • Dalmore Daniel Boulud (Whisky “designed” with Famous Chef)
  • Arran 23-year old (One of the few Island Distilleries that does not usually do peated whisky)
  • Auchentoshan 26-year old (Distillery known for triple distilling like Irish whisky, 1 of 217 bottles)
  • Bladnoch 28-year old (Distillery known for fruity notes,  1 of 69 bottles)
  • Ardnamurchan 6-year old (Highland smoke from another new distillery)

  • Fettercairn 16-year old (Another re-opened distillery with a sweet palate)
  • Benromach 35-year old (An older style Speyside Distillery with a fruity palate)
  • Cragganmore 20-year old (A Diego Release from a Distillery that give fruity with a hint of smoke)
  • Aberfeldy 24-year old (A distillery known for honey notes, 1 of 244 bottles)
  • Ruad Maor [Glenturret] 8-year old (Distillery known for “bacon” notes, 1 of 380 bottles)

  • Dailuaine 22-year old (Another overlooked distillery with a “meaty” profile, 1 of 405 bottles)
  • Glen Flagler 8-year old ? (Silent Distillery. This was bottled in the 1970s! Very hard to find)
  • Lindores Abbey 3-year old ? (Brand New Distillery with a release old enough to be legally Scotch)
  • Kingsbarns 4-year old (Another Brand New Distillery, 1 of 214 bottles)
  • Croftengea [Loch Lomond] 16-year old (Brand from prolific Distillery with Highland Smoke profile , 1 of 605 bottles)
  • Glen Scotia (Campbeltown peat that has become very popular all of a sudden, 1 of 179 bottles)
